The Big Draw Art Camp

This October half term we’re holding The Big Draw Art Camp, three days jam-packed full of creative activity for young people.

Attendees will get to participate in six workshops led by local artists from Cross St Arts, during which they’ll have the opportunity to experiment with lots of different artforms including bookbinding, watercolour illustration, colourful abstract sculpture, and large-scale mark-making. They’ll also be involved in curating and making work for the drawing exhibition in our gallery space, which will be on display through to the end of November.

Attendees to the whole three days will also get to complete their Bronze Arts Award, a recognised qualification that inspires young people to grow their arts and leadership talents.

Children can be dropped off from 9.30am and picked up anytime until 3.30pm. Snacks and drinks will be provided, but attendees should bring their own lunch.

Most suitable for 8+,Under 8s must be accompanied by an adult and may need some adult assistance
