St. George’s Central CE Primary School and Nursery educates children from the age of 3 –11 years.
Your child can begin in our Darlington Street Nursery the school term after their 3rd birthday.
Your child can begin in either our Lancaster Avenue nursery or our school based (Darlington Street) nursery class the school term after their third birthday.
Your child will start in our Reception class in the September after their fourth birthday.
We offer flexible nursery provision at both our sites and our School Business Manager, Mrs Smith, will be able to advise and support you with this prior to your child starting. Our Reception intake number is currently 40 children.
We believe parents have an important part to play in the education of their children. Parents are encouraged to become involved in school life throughout the year in a variety of ways.
