Lisa Smedley (ECM Childminding)
I have been registered as a childminder for 4 and a half years, I had my Ofsted grading as a Good last March, my husband has been registered as my assistant for a year now, he has the required registration documents and is great with the children.
We are happy, outgoing people who love taking the children to different places to explore the environment and develop their learning and enjoyment through different areas of learning. We have a son of our own who is 7. I have worked in nurseries for 12 years, and I have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. We provide childminding for under 5's, and before and after-school for St Peter's C of E Primary School in Hindley. I received a "Good" grading from Ofsted in March 2022, and my husband registered as my assistant last year to help, support and be great entertainment for the children. We have a 6 seater pram and a minibus that helps us get out and about to explore the world around us, which the children love.
