Adults with disability football - Wigan Athletic FC Community Trust

Free weekly football sessions for adults 18+ with a disability

The Community Trust provides a fun and welcoming environment for adults 18+ with a disability to come and take part in regular weekly football sessions with their peers. The sessions are focussed on inclusivity and providing opportunities to those who may not always get the chance to play.

The group are also entered into a league where they compete in fixtures monthly against other football club's charitable organisations which are held on Friday evenings. The participants who play in the league are provided the Wigan Athletic FC kit for the evening and are taken there and back.
