Little Dragons' Nursery is based within Atherton St George's CE Primary School in Atherton, situated in the heart of the community and has the benefit of being part of 'The Wings' CE Trust'.

As a pre-school we believe that we are privileged to be entrusted with your children.  We strongly believe in working in partnership with parents to nurture, support and provide all children with high quality learning opportunities to meet their individual needs and outcomes.  Providing a secure foundation from which our children are encouraged to be happy and confident in their love for learning as they continue their educational journey in school.

We have a Toddler Room and Pre-School, in which we offer a free-flow system where children are able to access both indoor and outdoor provision, as we understand the importance and benefits of outdoor learning for all children.  We also recognise that all children are unique and learn and develop at different rates and in different ways, through playing and exploring, being active and through being creative and critical in thinking.

We offer free government funded places for children ages 2, 3 and 4 years olds, including the 30hrs, free government funded childcare for those eligible.
