Winstanley Community Primary School Nursery
School-based nursery accepting children age 3-4.
We have a school-based nursery which runs as part of our Early Years department. We have a purpose-built area which is bright and stimulating and full of exciting play-based learning resources. Our nursery is staffed by qualified, experienced teachers and a team of highly trained teaching assistants. We have a fully enclosed, large outdoor play area which is used throughout the day to enhance learning.
We offer 15 or 30 hour funded places between the hours of 9:00am 3:00pm. The Bungalow School Club based within the school, are a private company that can provide wrap around care for children from Nursery to Y6. Alternatively, there are local childminders within the community that can provide wrap around care.
Most of our nursery children go on to join our highly successful and happy Reception classes.
